Project Description:

This master plan envisions an infrastructural matrix that seamlessly bridges the local urban fabric with the wider region. The design prioritizes movement, creating a clear hierarchy that favors pedestrian and cyclist-friendly “soft mobility” over vehicular traffic. A green spine composed of linear parks is woven throughout the development lots, becoming the core unifying element and defining feature of the new community.
