The project delivers a completed seismic performance upgrade, giving the building a safer, more resilient structure while preserving its character. All measures were conceived to be discreet and compatible with the existing fabric, maintaining proportions, rhythms, and the relationship with the street.

On the city side, the façade has been renewed, restored trims and details, and a calibrated colour palette that brings back the original appeal. The result combines safety, aesthetic quality, and respect for local heritage, enhancing everyday use and the building’s presence within its urban setting.
