Project Description:
On a single, expansive plot, a sequence of five cloisters acts as a catalyst for urban regeneration. This new cultural hub weaves together a theater, student housing, a bistrot, and public gardens, creating a vibrant ecosystem of spaces that is porous and welcoming to the city. A network of arcades provides sheltered pathways, fostering both human connection and a seamless visual integration with the surrounding neighborhood.
