The masterplan envisions a next-generation residential compound structured around a layered mobility grid and an equally stratified green system. A hierarchy of streets ensures smooth circulation while keeping the core car-lite. Interwoven belts of landscape create an oasis microclimate: native xeric gardens along the edges, shaded linear parks on the woonerf streets, and lush community courtyards at the heart of each cluster. Housing typologies range from mid-rise courtyard blocks to low-rise townhouses, fostering social diversity and varied skyline rhythms. Together, these layers form a resilient, people-focused infrastructure that elevates livability while targeting net-zero operations for the wider Middle-Eastern context.
